You should automatically receive two emails after completing your purchase. One email confirms your order, and the second contains your download links.
If you can't see these emails, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as sometimes they can be filtered there.
Your download links are active for 30 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the product and download pages.
If your links have expired, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
If you need to increase or decrease the size of a design, you can adjust the print scale using Adobe Acrobat.
As a rough guide, you can estimate the new measurement using this formula:
Original measurement ÷ 100 × print percentage = estimated new measurement
For example, if an original piece measures 20 cm and you want to make it approximately 5% larger, you would print the template at 105% scale:
20 ÷ 100 × 105 = 21 cm
Please keep in mind that changing the print scale will also change the number of pages the template prints across. The pages will need to be carefully aligned and joined together before cutting out and assembling the template.
A link to your video tutorial is included in the email containing your download links. You can also find the video link on page 2 of your instructions.
All templates are supplied as locked PDF files to help protect my original designs. At this stage, alternative file formats are not available.
The templates are designed to be opened and printed as standard PDF files only. They are set to "print only" and cannot be opened in graphic editing software.
This helps protect the original design work and ensures the templates are used as intended.
I'm always really flattered when people ask me to create a custom template. I actually receive new requests for custom designs almost every day, which I'm incredibly grateful for.
Unfortunately, as a small one-person business, I simply don't have enough time to take on additional custom projects. My time is taken up with designing and testing new templates, creating instructions and tutorials, running my business and helping customers.
For this reason, I don't currently offer custom template design services.
Due to the digital nature of my templates, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once the digital files have been provided.
Please make sure you read the product description and check that the template is suitable for your needs before purchasing.
Yes. You are welcome to use my templates for a not for profit school production. Schools are considered not for profit.
The templates are intended for personal and non-commercial use. If you are planning to use them for a commercial production or to make items for sale, please contact me first.
Yes, you can experiment with other materials such as EVA foam and other types of card or sheet materials. Many of my customers have successfully adapted my designs using different materials.
However, my templates and instructions are specifically designed and tested for cardboard, so I’m unable to provide detailed instructions or advice on how to adapt the templates to other materials.
Different materials can behave very differently, and making the necessary changes isn't something I can reliably advise on as it isn't my area of expertise.
Unfortunately, I don't offer finished costumes or props for sale. My business focuses on creating and selling the digital templates and instructions, rather than making the finished pieces.
