TEMPLATE YOU WANT IS NOT IN THE SHOP? If you are looking for one of the free templates available. Head to the blog post of the costume or type your request into the search bar. Otherwise if you have seen a picture of something we have made and it is not in the shop, it is most likely a commissioned piece and is not available to buy. IF IT IS NOT IN THE SHOP, IT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE.

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE? You can explore our products in our shop (Link below). After making your purchase you will receive an automated email confirming your order. Shortly after, another email with your template download. Which includes illustrated/written instructions and instructional video. You also have the option to join our Facebook group, where you can mingle with fellow customers from both the past and present.

CAN I PURCHASE THE TEMPLATES FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY? Our templates are available worldwide, and the payment gateways will handle the currency exchange seamlessly. To give you an estimate of the pricing in your own currency, you can check the current exchange rate using websites like www.xe.com. Keep in mind that exchange rates vary constantly, so it's a good idea to check the day you plan to make the purchase. (Please be mindful that all the templates and instructions are all in ENGLISH)

WANTING THE TEMPLATE IN ANOTHER FORMAT? All the templates come in a locked pdf file. This is for copyright reasons. The templates our designed to be print out and laid down on the cardboard. At this stage we do not offer any other options.
